With over three decades of experience spanning both the public and private sectors, Yoman brings deep expertise in crisis leadership, stakeholder engagement, and policy advisory particularly in high-stakes, cross-border environments.
Yoman has advised C-suite executives, board members, and government leaders on sensitive issues ranging from operational disruptions, reputational threats, regulatory change to public policy advocacy. He has led multi-stakeholders, cross-continents crisis simulations, developed enterprise-wide response frameworks, and built internal capabilities for institutions.
Before Stradvo, Yoman led the public sector advocacy, corporate communications, and crisis readiness at the Pavilion Energy Group. As a founding team member of the Tanzania LNG project, he looked after government engagement strategies, Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) and capacity-building initiatives for local stakeholders.

Prior to entering the private sector, Yoman served with distinction in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) and the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF). His military appointments included the Co-head of the MINDEF/SAF Crisis Operations Centre, Brigade Chief of Staff (COO), Battalion Commander, Head of Air Force Defence Relations, and led two strategic research entities.
He contributed to numerous multinational Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) operations (2006–2013) and participated in the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) in Afghanistan. He was invited to audit disaster crisis programmes with the US Pacific Command (PACOM) and was awarded a citation by the US National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency for his outstanding contributions to bilateral cooperation. Holding the rank of Colonel, he continues to serve the SAF in a voluntary capacity.

Yoman holds a Master's degree in International Relations from the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from NUS. He is a certified Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) Expert Implementer and Crisis Manager, and a Singapore WSQ ACLP-qualified Adult Educator.
